About lisa dearing PHOTOGRAPHY

Lisa sells stock photography for advertising, editorial projects, design and branding, as well as fine art prints. After receiving a B.F.A. in visual arts and photography from the Academy of Arts College in San Francisco and a BA in History from San Francisco State University, (an American western history buff) Lisa worked in advertising and on staff at Colossal Pictures working for clients such as the Disney Channel, Honda, MTV, and Coca Cola, and also shooting film titles and special effects. The fast paced life in a large city was traded in for a more low key experience (and a lot of snow shoveling) after relocating to Truckee, California, a small mountain town in the Sierra Nevada to start her own photography business in 1995. "My work celebrates the equine spirit and all things horse." Lisa's work can be found as cards, calendars, in books, and as fine art prints in many private collections.
